Weekend Challenge

Weekend Decluttering Challenge – Is it a Problem or an Opportunity?

Yes, yes! I know you don’t usually hear from me on Friday’s. Wednesdays are my normal “Tidy Up Your Life” day. However …

I got a brainstorm. Or, the words my hubby dreads hearing … “I’ve got an idea!

But, honest, this isn’t meant to be dreaded, painful or avoided. It is truly meant to be helpful.

Quick. Easy. Doable.

So, here goes … each Friday I’ll be sending out a … Tidy Up Your Life WEEKEND CHALLENGE.

For this weekend … the challenge is this …

As you wander your home, garage, attic, basement or yard, what do you see?

Do you see the stuff, piles, excess or misplaced items as a problem or an opportunity?

What can or are you willing to do to shift that perception? If you see it as a problem (overwhelming, draining, impossible, or would take a lifetime to clear), can you find a way to shift it to an opportunity?

I would love to hear how you would do that, or have found a way to do so already. Where did you apply the idea? Where did it work or fail?

Inquiring minds want to know! That’s me!

Is it time to ask for help? Could you use someone to hold your hand as you dive into something you have put off, set aside, or dreaded doing?

Let me hold your hand, virtually that is, to help you get it done. To make a dent in the overwhelm. To let go of that which needs to go. AND, to keep what truly is meant to be kept.

She knows that it takes all three to truly make a shift in life, especially around money, clutter, and other untidy areas of life.
